One of the types of tyres we produce at Vlukon is solid rubber tyres, suitable for machinery in various industries. This includes companies in (intra-)logistics and construction, as well as applications in retail stores or offices. These wear-resistant tires consist of multiple layers of rubber, providing extra stability and manoeuvrability, especially under vehicles like reach trucks or forklifts. With Vlukon as your tire partner, you benefit from the following advantages:

We exclusively sell to business customers, and the minimum order amount per item is €500.
There are several reasons to choose solid rubber tires. Firstly, they are highly elastic. They are also known as SE tires, which stands for Super Elastic. Thanks to their technical construction, these tires are agile and stable, and you'll never experience a flat tire. This makes them particularly suitable for applications like forklifts in a warehouse. Of course, these tires are also suitable for agriculture and horticulture.
In our range, we have standard sizes of solid rubber tires. However, these may not meet your specific needs. That's why we offer the option to have custom solid rubber tires made. You can upload drawings of the desired design yourself or have us create them for you. Depending on factors like load capacity and desired size, we'll ensure that you purchase the perfect tire. Our specialty is adjusting the pitch and connection size, and we have the largest stock of molds, allowing us to respond quickly. For strategic customers, it is possible to produce and deliver custom orders within two weeks.
Your solid rubber tires may need to meet specific requirements due to the work environment or conditions. Therefore, we offer a wide variety of tires. It is possible to order tires that leave no marks on the floor of a warehouse. We can also produce antistatic or oil-resistant solid rubber tires. This is useful for companies where there is a risk of explosion or where a lot of work is done with oil and grease. Finally, the solid rubber tires in our range are standard double-layered, but it is possible to order triple-layered tires. These tires provide even more stability and absorb more shock than double-layered tires. However, they are slightly less wear-resistant. For these requests, please contact us by phone or email.
