Winandus Vluggen establishes the Dutch factory of machines and appliances (NEVA) in Vaals, The Netherlands
1969
Vlukon Ltd. is established as a subsidiary company of the commercial enterprise Konijnenburg Ltd. The name 'Vlukon' is a junction of the first three letters of the two founders' surnames, combining the forces of the two families of Vluggen and Konijnenburg.
1975
The productive capacity is extended for the benefit of the export.
1979
The productive capacity is extended subsequently with a new lacquer train and the first welding robots.
1999
More than 500,000 steel rims are produced by Vlukon. Furthermore, the concept of 'Just in Time' –working is introduced.
2011
Introduction of an ERP System.
2013
Expansion of powder coating capacity / Optimization of the passivation quality.
2016
From July 1th, Floris J. van Konijnenburg joined the management of Vlukon B.V.
2017
Launch a project to transfer Vlukon production facility to a "World Class Manufacturing"
